So, it looks like someone had a negative complaint dropping my rating way down, pretty much had a 5 of 5 for every transaction and had a 100% rating ranking around 60 of all sellers until the other day. Someone who does not even contact me to complain or even give me a chance to resolve the issue decides to give me a 2 of 5 rating on the purchase of two items saying that my product is heavily cut with something, which it clearly is NOT. I guess they just do not understand that GHB(NaGHB) is a waxy substance that likes to draw humidity from the air. So now, me a good seller who worked his ass off to get a 5 of 5 on all transactions is faced with having a 94% rating and appearing on the very last page of the Other section when sorting my seller rank. You know other than not having the visibility of being a few sellers from the top of the first page I really don't give a shit about this. My product and shipping methods are top notch and I think my product speaks for itself
What pisses me off the most is when some dumb fuck can't click the send message button if they have an issue with an item and instead jump right into giving a negative comment. I do my best to be a courteous and thoughtful seller and help buyers out the best I can, so buyers out there please return the favor to decent sellers and give them at least a chance to resolve any issues.

Don't really worry about your Reputation number unless it drops down into the 85% and lower.

One thing I didn't like about eBay is that most sellers had like 99.97% positive feedback. In other words, feedback was useless. You wouldn't buy too many issues of a movie review magazine that rated everything 10/10, right? Furthermore, a bunch of 5/5 reviews just makes me suspicious that someone is buying from themselves just to up the rating. I feel more comfortable knowing a sellers legit pro's and con's.
Plus, serioussam, I ordered my order from you on Thursday morning and you didn't ship it until Tuesday. Granted, my PGP didn't work for some reason, but you didn't message me about that until Friday night, IIRC. Communication was pretty slow, even though I saw you'd been online and replied to you within a few hours on all occasions. So no offense, but you're probably not quite a 100% ;) Really, no hard feelings, may order again (provided it does arrive eventually(.

Sam, I am new customer just ordered. We look at the average weight of ratings not the exceptions. I understand that a few bad apples can cause a black mark, but we serious buyers are loyal to vendors we develop a relationship with - In my book the vendors of SR are the heroes, and the buyers get way more than we put in.
